Keep your feet warm and comfortable with Pedag Solar insoles. Since heat is lost through your feet, especially during cold weather activities like shoveling snow, skiing, or hiking at high altitudes, these insoles are designed to protect you.

The top layer of the insole is quilted, helping to trap heat and keep your toes toasty warm. The middle layer provides most of the insulation, made of foam with thousands of closed air cells. The bottom layer uses a special thermal aluminum to reflect outside cold.

These insoles are not dependent on bone or muscle development, as there is no specific contouring or shaping. European sizes go from 35 to 48, which fit standard US sizes from Women 5 up to Men 15. For children, size up and trim the insoles to fit their feet perfectly. This also works for narrow feet or those with a wedge shape where the heel is narrow but the ball and toes are normal or extra wide.

Considering some of the materials used, these insoles are not washable. They are only 0.16 inches thick and may reduce the amount of space for your foot, especially in certain shoes. It is recommended to wear them indoors in snug-fitting shoes for at least 30 minutes before going out. If they feel uncomfortable, try a different style of footwear.
